Presentation 2 Description:

Early Childhood Growth & Development (Online)
Barbara Kotelnicki

Professor Kotelnicki’s ECE-101 course is rigorous, well-organized, and encourages active participation. Weekly learning outcomes and the use of “entrance” and “exit” tickets allow students the opportunity to continually reflect on their learning process, and detailed rubrics clearly communicate expectations. According to the student who nominated this course, “…the assignments encouraged individual reflection, required examination of my beliefs as an educator, tested my understanding of the materials, and brought into my awareness how all of this relates to my work with children.”
